A copy of the last IGA (International Geothermal Association) newsletter (January 2012) can be downloaded here. The Dutch Geothermal Platform has an affilliation contract with the IGA and the Dutch Platform members have acces to the vast network and information resources of IGA. Previous newsletters can be retrieved from the IGA web site.

 

European News from EGEC (European Geothermal Energy Council)

EGEC distributes newsletters on (EU) policy issues as well as projects and developments. The newsletters can be downloaded from www.egec.org.

In December 2011 EGEC published an updated market report on development of deep geothermal energy, free for EGEC members. More information and price on www.egec.org.

 

The International Energy Agency IEA has published a 'Geothermal Roadmap'. The document presents the IEA vision on worldwide geothermal developments in the coming decades. The report was written with many inputs from a variety of sources including the Dutch Platform for Geothermal Energy.
